LIVESTOCK AUCTION MARKET PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULED

Agriculture Commissioner Gus R. Douglass announced that a public hearing has been scheduled for March 27, 2006 , to receive comments on the issuance of an operating permit for the M & W Livestock Market of Spencer, Inc., located in Spencer , W.Va. The Market is currently in operation, but the West Virginia Department of Agriculture (WVDA) has received an application for a change of the Market's lease to Mr. John McClain of Spencer and Mr. Don Welling of Given. The hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the WVDA's Guthrie Agriculture Center near Sissonville , W.Va. , in Building 2, Room 202.

If you would like to comment about the issuance of this permit, you may appear in person at the hearing or write to Agriculture Commissioner Gus R. Douglass, WVDA, 1900 Kanawha Blvd., E. , Charleston , W.Va. 25305, on or before March 27, 2006.”
