SIGN UP SET FOR SENIOR FOOD VOUCHER PROGRAM

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
October 11, 2001

CHARLESTON, WV — The West Virginia Department of Agriculture (WVDA) Marketing and Development Division will help eligible senior citizens register for the Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program at Charleston’s Capitol Market. The event will be Tuesday, October 16, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Capitol Market. The Capitol Market is located at 800 Smith Street in downtown Charleston. This will be the last opportunity for seniors to sign up for the vouchers. Vouchers will expire October 31, 2001.
