Education and Outreach
Environmental Program staff is involved in numerous educational efforts to reach the general public and take part in training to stay current on agriculture and environmental issues.
At the Regional Agricultural Center, staff is frequently asked to share their knowledge. In a typical year there are workshops, farm visits, technical assistance consultations, facility tours, and numerous requests for information. Staff also travels widely to consult with businesses and government agencies, and make professional presentations.
