1. Purpose

1.1. This manual establishes guidelines for the administrative policies and procedures for the personnel of the West Virginia Department of Agriculture.

1.2. Effective October 1, 2003, this handbook supersedes the West Virginia Department of Agriculture Administrative Rules that was last updated on September 26, 1994.
